Welcome to the website and online gallery of Grantham based Network Evolution, a small but experienced and professional spray painting business specializing in 4mm (1/76) scale resprayed and redecorated code 3 London buses, NBC era buses, and railway models.
The growing range of models now available under the Network Evolution name are listed here with prices and information on ordering. Several features are also included showing some of the work involved in spray painting various models and an illustration of what kind of specification the finished products carry.

Leyland Nationals: (21.6)
As demonstrated on the new model of United Auto JBR683T, all Leyland Nationals are now being fitted with modified windscreens and etched brass windscreen wipers as standard.

There is believed to be an intermittent problem with Tiscali sending and/or receiving emails.
For anyone who has recently emailed and has not so far had a reply then it is likely that either their email was never recieved, or that the reply has gone astray.

New Releases: (11.6)
The "Forthcoming Models" section of this website has now been removed because of the high number of pre-orders held.
No further orders are being taken for the time being.
The only new models available will be those being produced for the low-cost sales promotion as detailed below.
The release date for these has had to be set back by a couple of weeks because of a late paint delivery.
Summer Sales Promo: (26.5)
The next batch of models are expected to be available for sale in early-mid June and will include several new releases as well as new stock of those models already shown.
GIFTS Hospice: (7.5)
It is hoped that the charity auctions on eBay will run all throughout the summer with approximately 10 different models planned at the present time, all unique, different bus company's and all certified. It should be stressed though that they are being built as side projects so release dates may be a little erratic as a result.
10% of the final sale price is donated to charity, GIFTS Hospice Services being the regular benefactor.

'A' Spec Buses
These are the top of the range models and feature a wealth of extra's based upon modified and detailed castings. All supplied with display cases and produced in small production runs with numbered certificates.
'B' Spec Buses
The 'B' spec term is used to cover models which have small but significant detailing applied or conversion work carried out, down to more straight forward models based on castings with little or no alterations. Most have display cases and a few use their original boxes re-branded. Some are limited editions with numbered certificates.
Partial Respray Buses
These are based upon existing code 1 factory models which retain their original paintwork with additional painting and new markings applied.
Redecorated Buses
These are also based upon existing code 1 factory models which retain original paintwork with new markings applied. Only the best condition or newest models are used and supplied with good condition original boxes re-branded.
Railway Models
British modern image (diesel/electric era) models are available to order with different specifications including stripped down full resprays, partial resprays, body alterations, full detailing and realistic multi-toned weathering applied. Generally specializing in Brush class 47's with a few detailed models produced for sale from time to time.
Carriage Weathering Service
Carriages are available to order based upon factory painted models with full airbrush weathering applied to spec. Re-numbering is also available as required. |

I am a professionally trained paint-sprayer with 15 years experience of airbrush painting. Previously working as a professional figurine, bust and statuette painter, and also away from painting have worked in retail and merchandising for a number of years.
The origin of the Network Evolution business dates back as far as 2001 but has existed in its present form since 2006.
The models produced under the Network Evolution name are designed to set a new standard for code 3's, in terms of attention to detail, quality of finish offered and in the overall presentation and collectability of each model.
